The old application was removed and new dimensional/composition (30-Year) Shingle applied. Metal Valleys installed, new drip-edge, 6 two-way vents installed, AC transition removed, new skylight installed, and we torched new modified on the porch - zero cost out of pocket - after insurance claim.

Modified application was on original application - not recommended for a pitched roof. The decking was failing in several areas and leaking in nearly every room.
